4to hbk; bottle green cloth boards; spine ends badly rubbed/wornwith small tears; gold gilt lettering to front board and spine, a little worn in places on spine; small blind vignette on front board; hinges cracked; green/cream palm tree design to endpapers; prize dedication inside opposite half title page, dated 1929; pages have been fairly neatly, rough cut when opened; lovely clean tipped in plates, but the 1st plate, ie frontis, has been almost completely stuck to page; title page has very small corner cut off; contents generally clean & sound for age, other than faultas described; ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall
